If you hair is very thick/long please call us instead of booking online as more time will need to be allocated to the booking. online booking timing is based on normal thickness of hair and short to medium/long length.

We have also introduced a 48 hour cancellation/no show fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or don't show up you will be asked to pay for half the service amount you were booked in for, if you have paid a deposit online, that deposit will be non refundable.
